Terms & Conditions – Odoo Functional Consulting Service
1. Service Scope
All consulting services are limited to the scope agreed in the official quotation or written proposal. Any additional work, modules, or change requests will be quoted and billed separately.
2. Consultant Availability
Engagements are scheduled in advance and confirmed upon client acknowledgment. Remote or onsite availability is subject to calendar availability and may require a minimum 48-hour notice for rescheduling.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
- Remote Consulting is billed hourly; Onsite Consulting is billed per half or full day, as agreed.
- Payment Terms: 100% payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Payments: A late fee of 2% per week will apply to overdue invoices.
- Advance Booking: Multi-day or fixed-scope engagements require a 50% upfront payment to confirm the schedule.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be billed at 50% of the agreed fee.
- No-shows or last-minute rescheduling (within 4 hours) will be billed in full.
5. Travel & Onsite Work
- Onsite consulting is available in Dubai and surrounding areas. For locations outside standard coverage, travel time, transport, and accommodation (if needed) will be billed separately.
- Daily rate covers up to 8 working hours per day. Additional hours will be billed at standard hourly rates.
6. Confidentiality
All client data, business processes, and internal information will be treated as strictly confidential. Similarly, the consultant's proprietary methods, templates, and tools remain the intellectual property of the consultant.
7. Work Output & Liability
- Services are provided on a best-effort basis based on the information and access provided by the client.
- The consultant is not liable for indirect losses, system downtime, or third-party software limitations.
- Client is responsible for backing up all systems and data prior to consulting sessions.
8. Validity & Revisions
These terms are valid for all engagements unless otherwise superseded by a signed agreement. Terms may be updated at any time with prior written notice.
